When filling in the paper accident report, take your time to draw a diagram of the accident, describe the circumstances of the accident, fill in the details of the vehicle, its operators, insurance documents and other information on the report after checking it carefully and clearly, and have all the people involved sign it. If you are injured, do not sign where the person responsible for the accident is required to do so. Fill in the same number of copies of the accident report as there are participants. Do not alter or change the completed and signed declaration. If you have the opportunity, take photographs of the scene of the accident, the damage to the vehicle and the registration number of the offender’s vehicle. <\/p>

A paper accident report consists of two identical forms that copy each other, so it is not necessary to fill in the two forms separately when completing the report, but rather to fill in the first form for both parties involved in the accident, each with his or her own part. If you use a copy of this form, fill in the same number of sheets as the number of participants in the accident. <\/p>
