Insurance is often driven by inertia. Many people find it easiest to renew the same policy, while a policy that is never compared quietly becomes more expensive year after year. Customers only notice when they look into it themselves, although a better offer is almost always available.
Comparing is harder than it looks.
It is not just the premium that differs, but also the scope of coverage, exclusions, and deductibles. There are so many variables that even a determined person, after half an hour, no longer knows what to compare with what.
The process is not optimized for phones.
People look for insurance on their phones when they have a few spare minutes. If the process can only be completed at a computer or with the help of an agent, some people give up.
Insurance language is unclear.
The terms are written as if the reader already knew what a deductible or the insured amount is. What exactly has been purchased becomes clear not at the time of purchase, but only when a loss occurs.

Direction
Digital broker service for private and business clients: enabling not only the purchase of insurance but also the handling of day-to-day insurance matters via a screen.
Today, we focus mainly on the purchasing process because we can improve it ourselves. We do not promise that a broker will take over the insurer's role in handling claims.
