Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
You can modify the contract details or terminate the contract only through BTA: bta@bta.lt, +370 5 2600 600.
According to the BTA Casco information document, notice of termination must be given in writing or by e-mail no later than 15 days in advance.

When does the deduction not apply?
In the event of a collision with an animal (for passenger cars), tire damage, or the theft or damage of the license plate.
A glass breakage deductible applies to glass replacement.
Additional expenses reimbursed
Removal of the vehicle from the scene of the incident, storage for up to 5 days, and damage sustained during the rescue of victims.
Coverage also extends to driving into a ditch, overturning, submersion, or getting stuck in the snow.
Sum insured and additional coverages
New cars purchased from a dealership can be insured at their new value, while others are insured at market value.
Optional equipment – up to €1,000; child seat and replacement of keys and locks – up to €500.

If you are the party at fault and have filled out the declaration on draudimoivykiai.lt, there is no need to notify BTA separately.
How do I cancel or modify a BTA policy purchased through "Man ramu"?
BTA administers contract amendments and terminations, so please contact them directly at bta@bta.lt or +370 5 2600 600.
Upon termination of the contract, the unused portion of the premium is refunded in accordance with the insurance rules.
Where is the car repaired under BTA insurance?
When reporting the damage, you can choose between repair at a BTA partner repair shop or a cash payout.
If repair is chosen, the partner coordinates the cost estimate and carries out the repairs, while BTA settles the payment directly.
Does BTA travel insurance cover civil liability?
Yes. Travel civil liability insurance covers damage that you unintentionally cause to another person’s health or property through your actions while traveling.
This is important because, abroad, such damages—for example, resulting from injury to a person or damage to rented property—can amount to significant sums. The exact limits are specified in the policy.
Do I need to provide photos of the car for BTA Casco insurance?
Yes, if BTA requests them. If the required photos are not provided, an additional deductible applies in the event of a loss.
Does the BTA Casco deductible apply in the event of a collision with an animal?
No. For passenger cars, a €0 deductible applies to every collision with an animal, regardless of the deductible specified in the contract.
How can I get a doctor's consultation while traveling with BTA insurance?
BTA travel insurance customers can register for a remote doctor’s consultation via “eMed Travel” by calling +370 5 2600 600 or visiting zalos.bta.lt/emed. The consultation takes place via telephone, video call, Viber, or WhatsApp.
