Compensa insurance
Compensa (ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group) is a Lithuanian insurance company belonging to the Austrian Vienna Insurance Group (VIG). Through “Man ramu,” you can compare and purchase Compensa’s compulsory, Casco, and travel insurance online.

Compensa registers, assesses, and settles claims. You can report a claim by calling 19111, online at compensa.lt/atsitikus-ivykiui, or via the self-service portal at esales.compensa.lt.
Vehicle claim (MTPL and Casco)
Report the traffic accident immediately, but no later than within 3 working days: 19111 (from abroad +370 5 249 1911) or online.
By calling 19111, you can also immediately book an appointment at a Compensa partner service center. Please send documents to zalos@compensa.lt.
24/7 roadside assistance
If roadside assistance is included in your compulsory or Casco insurance policy, you can request it online at any time of day.
Upon receiving the SMS, you will see the location of the arriving assistance on the map.
Travel-related damage
If you have paid for medical services abroad yourself, keep the original documents and report the incident within 7 days of your return to Lithuania.
When traveling, call +370 5 249 1911, in Lithuania – 19111, or register the claim online.
Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
You can change contract details or terminate the contract only through Compensa: info@compensa.lt, 19111.

When does the deduction not apply?
The Advanced Package covers broken glass (including lights, mirrors and sunroofs), damage from natural disasters and natural forces, animal collisions and paintless bodywork.
For electric vehicles
A replacement electric vehicle is provided if repairs are required.
The extended package also covers a home electric vehicle charging station.
"E-XPERT" Self-Inspection
Once the claim is registered, you can carry out the inspection yourself using your smartphone: mark the damage, take photos of the car, and the system calculates the payout.

How do I report a claim to Compensa?
Call the short number 19111 (from abroad: +370 5 249 1911) or report a claim online at compensa.lt/atsitikus-ivykiui or via the self-service portal esales.compensa.lt.
Once the claim has been registered, you will receive an SMS containing the claim number and a description of the next steps.
Within what timeframe must Compensa be notified of a traffic accident?
Immediately, but no later than 3 working days after the traffic accident. Notification is also required when it is unclear which road user is at fault.
What should I do if I paid for medical treatment myself while traveling?
Keep the originals of all documents and report the incident within 7 days of returning to Lithuania – by calling 19111 or online.
Does Compensa help find a repair shop after a traffic accident?
Yes. By calling 19111, you can not only report the claim but also—if you wish—immediately book an appointment with a repair shop from Compensa’s list of partners. You will receive updates on the repair progress on your phone.
What is Compensa "E-XPERT"?
This is a self-service vehicle inspection tool. After reporting vehicle damage, you receive a link, mark the damaged parts, and photograph the vehicle according to the instructions; the system then evaluates the photos and documents to calculate the payout.
How do I call Compensa roadside assistance?
If roadside assistance is included in your policy, you can request it online 24/7 at compensa.lt. Upon receiving an SMS, you will be able to see the location of the arriving assistance on a map.
Is Compensa Casco suitable for an electric car?
Yes. A replacement electric vehicle is provided while yours is being repaired, and the extended package also covers your home charging station.
Does Compensa travel insurance cover civil liability?
Medical expenses are always included, and you can add travel civil liability insurance as an optional extra. It covers damages you accidentally cause to another person’s health or property while abroad.
How do I terminate or modify a Compensa policy purchased through "Man ramu"?
Contract amendments and terminations are administered by Compensa, so please contact them directly at info@compensa.lt, 19111, or via the self-service portal.
Upon termination of the contract, the unused portion of the premium is refunded in accordance with the insurance rules.
How quickly will I receive the Compensa policy purchased through "Man ramu"?
The policy is sent via email immediately after payment.
