“Man ramu”, UAB is an insurance brokerage firm registered in the Register of Legal Entities maintained by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (https://www.registrucentras.lt/); it conducts insurance intermediation activities and is listed in the register of insurance brokerage firms maintained by the Bank of Lithuania (https://www.lb.lt/lt/finansu-rinku-dalyviai?list=75).
“Man ramu”, UAB (hereinafter – the Company or We) does not hold, directly or indirectly, shares or other capital interests in an insurance company, an insurance company from other European Union Member States, or a foreign insurance company that confer more than 10 percent of the voting rights or constitute more than 10 percent of the capital. No insurance company or parent undertaking of an insurance company holds, directly or indirectly, shares or other capital interests in the Company that confer more than 10 percent of the voting rights or constitute more than 10 percent of the capital.
Nature of insurance consulting
The Company has the right to carry out insurance mediation activities on the instructions of the insurer, the policyholder, the insured, the beneficiary, or the injured third party; however, we always act in the interests of the policyholder, the insured, the beneficiary, or the injured third party (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “You”).
We do not provide recommendations regarding insurance products.
Please carefully review the insurance terms and conditions for the offered insurance products; these outline the procedures for resolving disputes arising from or related to the insurance contract, the insurer’s course of action should the policyholder breach the contract terms, instances where the insurance risk may increase, and other information required by the legal acts governing insurance activities. Please note that if the policyholder breaches the terms of the insurance contract, the insurer—subject to the conditions and procedures established by law and the insurance contract—reserves the right to deem the contract terminated, suspend insurance coverage, propose amendments to the contract, terminate the contract early, seek to have the contract declared invalid, refuse or reduce the insurance payout, and/or apply other measures provided for in the insurance contract.
Nature of the reward
The company receives a commission for the services provided, which is a component of the insurance premium.
The insurance brokerage services provided by the Company are free of charge to you. The Company receives a commission from the insurer whose insurance contract you select. The amount of the insurance premium does not depend on whether you conclude the insurance contract through the Company or directly with the insurer.
The amount of the commission fee generally depends on the insurance premium paid and varies according to the insurer and the nature of the insurance product. The information provided to you by the Company regarding different insurance options is independent of the remuneration received by the Company.
The remuneration received by the company’s employees is not linked to the insurance contracts concluded.

Right to withdraw from a distance contract
Nature of the contracts. All insurance contracts concluded through the “Man ramu” platform or by other means of communication (online, e-mail, phone) are considered distance contracts. Therefore, they are subject to the user’s right of withdrawal described below.
Right of withdrawal and time limit. If you are an individual and are entering into the contract for personal (non-business) purposes, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days without penalty and without providing a reason. This period begins to run from the date the contract is concluded or from the date on which you received the contract terms and this information on a durable medium, whichever is later.
To whom the law does not apply. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded by legal entities or for business (commercial) purposes. It also does not apply—or applies with exceptions—to certain products, such as: travel or baggage insurance with a term of less than one month; contracts that have been fully performed by both parties at your express request before the withdrawal period has expired (for example, where an insurance payout has already been made); and compulsory motor third-party liability insurance associated with commercial activity. Specific exceptions and conditions depend on the insurer and the chosen product; therefore, you should refer to the information provided by the relevant insurer.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal. You must notify us of your withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (for example, by email) before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in one of the following ways:
- via the same electronic interface used to conclude the contract, if it provides a function for withdrawing from the contract;
- by contacting “Man ramu” at +370 655 04005 or via email at info@manramu.lt – we will assist you and immediately forward your notification to the relevant insurer;
- directly to the insurer via the channels specified by them (you can find these in the information provided by the insurer, the policy, or the insurance terms and conditions).
Consequences of withdrawal. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the insurer is entitled to retain a proportionate part of the premium for the period during which insurance coverage was in effect; no administrative fees or penalties apply. The remaining part of the premium will be refunded to you within 30 days.
Handling of complaints
If you have any claims or complaints regarding the services provided by the Company, you may submit a written complaint via email to info@manramu.lt or by mail to the address Verkių g. 31B-2, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Regarding disputes between consumers and financial market participants arising from the provision of financial services, you have the right to apply to the Bank of Lithuania (https://www.lb.lt/lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution within one year of contacting the Company.
You may submit a complaint regarding the activities of the Company’s employees—insurance brokers—and violations of their professional ethics to the Chamber of Insurance Brokers (https://www.dbr.lt/).

Processing of personal data
We adhere to the principles of good practice for insurance brokers and pay special attention to the protection of the personal data we process.
The Company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal acts.
We will process your personal data only for the purposes specified at the time the data is obtained, or for purposes that are evident given the context of data collection when you contact us.
In the event that you refuse to provide the personal data necessary to initiate and/or maintain a business relationship, the Company may refuse to initiate or maintain such a relationship.
When you contact the Company regarding our services, job offers, or with an inquiry or complaint, we ask that you provide the accurate information necessary to process your inquiry or request. For the purposes of contract performance, personal information may also be obtained from insurance companies and administrators of various registers and databases—such as the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania, AB Regitra, and the State Enterprise Centre of Registers—as well as, in certain cases, from insured persons, policyholders, and beneficiaries.
The Company may receive and provide personal data, in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania or the European Union, to insurance companies, the Financial Crime Investigation Service, the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania, AB Regitra, and the State Enterprise Centre of Registers.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data unless necessary to provide the service. Special categories of personal data include data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life. If you provide us with your special categories of personal data, you confirm that you understand your actions and give explicit consent for such data to be collected, used, and disclosed to third parties for the specified purposes.
Please note that if you provide us with information about any person other than yourself—such as your employees, partners, or insured persons—you must ensure that they are informed and understand how their data will be used.
You can find detailed information on how the Company processes personal data—such as the types of personal data collected and processed, recipients, sources, purposes of use, measures ensuring data security and your right to privacy, the exercise of data subjects’ rights, etc.—in the Company’s Privacy Policy. We inform you that the Company’s Privacy Policy applies only to the Company’s activities. Since this website and/or using Our services may contain links to third-party websites, for example, when ordering the Company’s services and making payments, links may be provided to the websites of banks or other companies providing payment services and/or electronic banking systems, we draw your attention to the fact that these services are subject to the privacy policy of the relevant third party, as the data is provided and, accordingly, processed not by the Company, but by this third party. Therefore, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of those companies/websites before submitting your personal data.
